Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please check your order carefully before placing it. You have the opportunity to edit your order from the checkout page before finally confirming your order.
If you have made a mistake and need to make a change / cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible; we can cancel your order and refund the money. However, please note that we are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of despatch.
Should you wish to make any changes prior to despatch, please contact our Customer Services team on 01381 600440.
If you change your mind within 7 days of placing the order, you may return the unopened product to us and we will refund the value of the product, less any shipping costs incurred by us.
Returns to us are at your cost and you should keep evidence of having sent the items, such as a certificate of posting. In all cases the items must be in their original condition. You must return the items to us in accordance with the terms of sale. They must be returned within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Breakages and damage
We use a specialist beer courier company that has proven to be highly reliable, but we understand that sometimes breakages do happen. If this does occur with your parcel, all that we ask is that you let us know within three days of the courier delivering the beer to you. We will then ask you to return (via the courier at our cost) the original package and any other spoilt product. We will then credit you for the beer returned or redeliver a replacement (hopefully without any breakages on the second time!).
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed at our Brewery Shop, Online Shop and on our online shop. They can also be used against any purchase.
If you do not spend the entire amount on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated and shown on the e-card webpage. The balance can be used against future purchases.
Gift cards can be used as part payment for a transaction with the balance being paid by another accepted method.
Items purchased using a gift card are non-refundable.
Gift Cards will be emailed to the purchaser. If the email is lost our retail team can resend the code. Our team cannot view a gift card code, this is to prevent fraudulent use.
Your gift card will either expire 14 months after the date of issue. Any remaining balance is cancelled on expiry.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of a card, if necessary, in return for an appropriate refund.
