DELIVERY INFORMATION

ORDERING / DELIVERY INFO / PRICING / RETURNS / OTHER AGE RESTRICTIONS

Due to UK licensing laws, we cannot sell alcohol to anyone who isn’t 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The recipient must also be over 18 years of age.

If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the products is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.

Once the products have been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.

ORDERING & DELIVERY INFO

Orders are shipped via DHL or Menzies via their 48 hour delivery service. Delivery to mainland UK will normally take 2-3 working days. For deliveries to more remote areas, delivery can take up to 5 working days. If you need a faster delivery then get in touch with us and we will let you know what we can do to help you out.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 3pm. Orders made on Fridays or at the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery times are Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm.

If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver, a card will be left informing you that an attempted delivery had been made. If you do not contact the courier company, a second attempt will be made. Alternatively, you may authorise the courier to leave the order in a certain place. There is a textbox in the shopping checkout where delivery instructions can be left should no one be home to meet the courier. Let us know if you want the courier to leave your order in a certain spot.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if a request is made for beer to be left unattended we cannot be held responsible if the beer goes missing after the courier has delivered it. If there is no contact after the second missed delivery, the beer will be returned to us and we will credit your account, less the delivery charges incurred.
